If you’re visiting the area and looking to play tennis, you’ll be warmly welcomed at Penzance Tennis Club

Situated in Penlee Park, Penzance Tennis Club boasts fabulous facilities including 4 floodlit artificial grass courts, 3 floodlit macadam courts and a junior mini court. There is a clubhouse with changing facilities and café offering refreshments. The terrace overlooking the courts is a real sun trap, from where you can sit and watch the action.

Member’s Guest Fee – £5.00 per day (with a maximum of 5 visits per year, commencing 1st April each year). The club member retains responsibility for their guest at all times, plus booking the court.

Holiday Mix-in Membership – £25.00 per week (with a maximum of 2 weeks per year, commencing 1st April each year). If you’re visiting the area, our Holiday Mix-In Membership allows you to play in our club mix-in sessions (12 noon – 2pm Monday, Wednesday & Friday, plus 6pm – 8pm Wednesday & Friday) throughout the entire week. Please pay via the Club Office, Café or any Club Coach, then simply speak to any club member and they can hopefully help you get on court.

How to find Penzance Tennis Club

Penzance Tennis Club, Penlee Park, Penzance, Cornwall TR18 4HE

Approach Penzance via the A30. At the first roundabout after the Heliport (with Tesco’s on your right) take the second exit (Penzance bypass), signposted ‘A30 Lands End’. At the next roundabout go straight across… you will come to another roundabout, turn left, signposted ‘Penzance Town Centre, Hospital, and Harbour’. About a half mile further on, past Penwith Council Offices, you will see a mini roundabout. Turn right. Carry on past the Police Station to another mini roundabout, turn right. Wellfields Car Park is about 30 metres on your left and Penzance Tennis Club is at the bottom of the car park in Penlee Park.
