The First Service Café has not only once again won Cornwall Council’s Cornwall Healthier Eating and Food Safety (CHEFS) Gold Award, but in January 2014 we were also awarded the Platinum Award. The Club House overlooking the Tennis Courts and Penlee Park houses the Club’s First Service Café. This facility, which is also open to the general public, has established a reputation for providing home cooked food at very affordable prices. The Café has regularly won Cornwall Council’s Gold Award for promoting healthy eating and has also been graded at the highest rating for the safe and hygienic preparation of food. There is a fully licensed Bar, again with very competitive prices. In fine weather customers can eat outside on the Patio in a setting as attractive as any to be found in the area.
